The summer school runs from July 13th to July 17th at CIRM. See some advice to reach the conference place.

To start the registration process, you first need to create an account on the website and then log in. The registration forms will then be available.

There are two types of registration.

Attending the summer school only

You can choose to be hosted on site at CIRM. In that case, the fees cover accomodation and meals for the full week from Monday 14th afternoon to Saturday 19th afternoon. It is not possible to ask for on-site accomodation if you do not stay the whole week. Very few single rooms are still available (even if this option is not available during the registration process). Please, add a comment during the registration process if you really need one. Please note that if you request a single room, you may be hosted at the university student residence 10 minutes walk away from the summer school site. If you are not hosted on-site, the registration fees includes lunch and coffee breaks, with or without the social dinner option. Payment can be made by bank card, bank transfer or purchase order (in french: carte bancaire, virement bancaire ou bon de commande).

Registration is only final once payment has been made.

Attending the summer school online

Attending the summer school remotely is possible. While registering, you need to choose the "remote" option.

Application to the research session

We accept applications from PhD students, post-doctoral researchers, junior professors, and, in rare cases, advanced master students with research experience. You will be asked to upload a CV and a motivation letter to support your application.

After registering, you will be able to indicate your preferences for the project through a link which will appear in the menu. 

If you are a master/PhD or student / post-doctoral researcher, we also need a recommendation letter from your scientific supervisor.

Please ask your supervisor to send the letter directly to the organizers (cemracs26@smai.emath.fr) before the deadline (31/03/2026)

Registration and double room accomodation will be covered by your project sponsor for the full event (summer school and research session) if your application is successful. If your application to the research session is rejected and you still want to attend the summer school, you will be asked to pay for the registration to the summer school and accommodation. The early bird deadline will be extended if you are in that case. Late applications can be considered without any guarantee.
